Sellafield - Yearly rounding-up
  large product photo

ON A CUMBERLAND FARM: Fell ponies on a Sellafield farm - 1932. Fell ponies were brought in off the fells once or twice a year (for foaling for instance). They were once a common sight with most farms having several for general use. But today fell ponies are an endangered species. Most are domesticated but you will still find a few semi wild ponies on Lakeland fells.
